I understand that by submitting notice that I am vacating the unit, Altoona Development will begin the process of renting the unit to others. I understand that if I later decide to rescind this notice, the unit may not be available and I may have to move-out by the date I indicated above. Upon vacating, any property that I leave behind will be considered refuse, and I will be charged to dispose of it. I will return my keys to Altoona Development immediately upon vacating, as is required by the terms of my lease.
